摘要
目的观察天钩方对肾性高血压大鼠的降压作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法应用"两肾一夹法"(2K1C)建立大鼠肾性高血压模型,观察不同剂量天钩方对模型大鼠血压、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。结果天麻钩藤制剂各剂量组均能明显降低模型大鼠的血压,显著升高模型大鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px和NO水平,明显降低血清中AngⅡ和MDA含量,NOS水平。结论天麻钩藤制剂降压作用确切,其作用机制可能与其具有显著的抗氧化作用改善内皮功能有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tiangou Decoction on antihypertension in renovascular hypertension rats and its possible mechanism.MethodsTwo-kidney,one-clip(2K1C) renovascular hypertension was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats,the effect of different doses of Tiangou Decoction on blood pressure,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) of experimental rat model were investigated.ResultsDifferent doses of Tiangou Decoction significantly reduced the blood pressure level,increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities,increased serum nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) contents,and decreased angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),malondialdehyde(MDA) contents.ConclusionTiangou Decoction has significant effect of antihypertension.Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the antioxidation function and improving endothelial function.
