华北鸦葱不同部位挥发油化学成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析华北鸦葱根、茎叶和花的挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取华北鸦葱根、茎叶和花部位的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术鉴定化学成分。结果首次从华北鸦葱根、茎叶和花的挥发油中分别鉴定出8,24,15种成分。结论华北鸦葱挥发油中共鉴定出40种化学成分。根、茎叶和花部位挥发油中的主要成分均为脂肪酸类和酯类。同已报道的蒙古鸦葱全草的挥发油的化学成分相比,华北鸦葱挥发油中的化合物在数量与组成上均与之有很大差异。 Objective To analyze the constituents of essential oils from different organs of Scorzonera albicaulis Bunge.MethodsThe essential oils from different organs of Scorzonera albicaulis Bunge were isolated by hydrodistillation and identified by GC-MS.ResultsFor the first time,8,24 and 15 compounds were identified from volatile oils obtained from root,stems,leaves,and flowers respectively.ConclusionA total of 40 compounds were identified from Scorzonera albicaulis Bunge.Aliphatic acid and ester represented the two most abundant chemical classes in different organs.Compared with reported results for volatile oil from Scorzonera mongolica Maxim,there were more compounds in essential oil from Scorzonera albicaulis Bunge.Furthermore,the components of essential oils from the two Chinese medicinal herbs are distinctly different in classification.
