海南桉树叶的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla in Hainan

目的研究海南产尾叶桉树叶的非挥发性化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析等进行结构鉴定。结果从乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到了5个化合物,结构鉴定为:5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基-6,8-二甲基黄酮(Ⅰ)、熊果醇(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、sideroxylonal B(V)。结论化合物Ⅰ～V均为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物Ⅳ为国内首次由该属植物中获得。

Objective To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla in Hainan.MethodsPhysical-chemical contants and spectral analysis were used to identify the compounds.Results5 compounds were elucidated as eucalyptin（Ⅰ）,Uvaol（Ⅱ）,Ursolic acid（Ⅲ）,β-sitosterol（Ⅳ） and sideroxylonal B（Ⅴ）.ConclusionCompound I-V were isolated from Eucalyptus urophylla in Hainan for the first time.
