摘要
通过重氮化、偶合、酰氯化和酯化四步反应制得4只羧酸酯型分散染料,探讨了该系列染料在聚乳酸织物上的最佳染色工艺。试验结果表明,优化的最佳工艺条件为:浴比1∶50,染浴pH值5.0,110℃保温染色40min。聚乳酸织物采用该工艺染色后,可获得较好的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度。
Four carboxyester disperse dyes were stepwisely prepared from p-aminobenzoic acid wa d^azottzatJon, coup,ng reac- tion, chlorination and esterification with different alcohols. The optimum dyeing process of poly( lactic acid) fabric with the car- boxyester dyes were discussed. The results showed that optimum dyeing process was bath ratio 1 :50, pH value of dye bath 5.0, holding at 110℃ for 40 minutes, Satisfied color fastness to rubbing and washing could be obtained.
