摘要
催化裂化装置再生系统设备(包括再生器、三级旋风分离器和烟道等)连续出现应力腐蚀开裂问题,引起有关部门的普遍关注。论文从传热的基本准则出发,结合多年的设计和使用经验,给出了设备器壁温度与隔热衬里参数、环境温度之间的关联式和计算图表,以供工程设计参考。
The stress corrosion crack problems of regeneration system equipments
(including regenrator,thild stage cyclone,and flue duct) of catalystic cracker are occured
contineously,and brought to department concerned universal attention.In this article proceeding
from the basic criterion of heat tranfer,in combination with the experience of many years design
and application,the calculation chart and relationship between the equipment wall temperature
and heat insulation lining parameters,environmental temperature,are given for reference of
engineering design.
