摘要
试验在吸风状态下进行,选用直径为400mm的旋风分离器为模型,试验用煤飞灰。试验的目的是研究入口含尘浓度对旋风分离器效率的影响规律。试验结果表明:在分离器结构参数相同及同一入口气速条件下,分离器的总效率随入口含尘浓度的增大而增加,但随着入口含尘浓度的不同,总效率增加的幅度不同;在分离器结构参数及试验粉尘粒径分布不同时,入口含尘浓度对分离器效率的影响规律也不相同。
The testing is conducted under the inspiration condition,
400mm cyclone is selected as the model,and flying coal ash is for the use of testing.The testing
goal is to make research on the influence law of entrance dustbearing concentration on the
cyclone efficiency.The testing results show that:under the condition of the same structual
parameters of cyclone and indendical entrance velocity,the total efficiency of cyclone is
increased,with the increase of entrance dustbearing concentration,but with the different entrance
dustbearing concentration the increasing range of total efficien cy is different,at the different
structural parameters of cyclone and different distributions of dust grain diameter,the influence
laws of entrance dustbearing concentration on cyclone efficiency are different.
