摘要
在石油化工管道施工及生产过程中，遇到管件（尤其是三通、弯头及大小头）的质量问题不少，有的甚至酿成了大事故。作者结合工作实践，对管件存在的质量问题、造成质量不好的原因及防止措施，进行了比较详细的论述。
In petrochemical pipeline construction
and production process,many quality problems of pipe fittings(especially tee,elbow and
reducer)are occured,some of them can cause big accident.In combination with working practice,the
author discussed in detail the quality problems existed in pipe fittings,the reason of poor quality
and preventive measures.
