摘要
恰当的热处理工艺参数是提高纳米Ni-TiN复合镀层性能的关键因素。采用超声-脉冲电沉积的方法制备了纳米Ni-TiN复合镀层,分析了热处理温度对Ni-TiN复合镀层的表面形貌、显微硬度、耐磨性能以及结合强度的影响规律。研究表明:热处理温度对镀层的耐腐蚀性和镀层与基体的结合力都有重要的影响,当热处理温度为400℃时,纳米Ni-TiN复合镀层不仅具有平整的表面,而且具有优良的耐腐蚀性;而镀层的结合强度在300℃时最佳。
Ni-TiN nanocomposite coating was prepared by using ultrasound-pulse electrodeposited technology.The effects of heat-treatment temperature on the surface morphology,microhardness,wear resistance and bond-ing strength of the nanocomposite coating were investigated.Result shows that heat-treatment temperature has significant influence on both corrosion resistance and bonding strength of the nanocompos-ite coating.The nanocomposite coating heat-treated at 400 ℃ was smooth and had good adhesion to substrate,while the one heat-treated at 300℃ possessed the highest bonding strength.
