两步电压施加法对钛阳极氧化膜晶体结构及尺寸的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Two-Step Potential Applying Mode on Crystal Structure and Grain Size of Anodizing Titanium Dioxide Films

摘要 采用阳极氧化的方法,通过改变电压的施加方式制备了具有不同形貌的氧化钛薄膜,使用X射线衍射仪对阳极氧化钛薄膜的晶体结构进行了分析。结果表明:电压施加方式不影响氧化钛薄膜的晶体结构,不同电压施加方式制备的氧化钛薄膜均为锐钛矿型,并且在相同的晶面上优先生长;在两步施加电压法中,初始电压不影响氧化钛薄膜的晶体结构,但是影响氧化钛薄膜的晶粒尺寸,初始电压越大,晶粒尺寸越大。 Anodizing titanium dioxide films with different morphologies were prepared by altering the potential applying mode.The crystal structure of the films was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction.Results indicate that the potential applying mode has no effect on the crystal structure of TiO2 films.TiO2 films obtained with differ-ent potential applying modes all belonged to anatase-type and grew along the same crystal plane.However,for two-step poten-tial applying mode,the initial potential affected the grain size of titanium dioxide,and the grain size increased with increasing ini-tial potential.
