含淀粉陶瓷浆料流变性质的研究 被引量:2

A STUDY ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF THE CERAMIC SLURRY CONTAINING STARCH

摘要 以含淀粉陶瓷浆料为研究对象,通过测定浆料在不同剪切速率Ds下的剪切应力τ,继而计算得到相对应的表观粘度η,绘制出浆料的τ-Ds和η-Ds曲线,以此来表征陶瓷浆料的流变性质,研究了不同分散剂及加入量、固含量、温度和淀粉含量等因素对浆料流变性的影响。结果表明:分散剂STP、SHP和FS-20加入量小于0.1wt%时都能显著降低浆料的粘度;随着固含量、温度和淀粉含量的升高,浆料的粘度增大。 The effects of solid content,starch content,dispersant and temperature on the viscosity of ceramic slurry with starch were investigated by viscosity meter.It was found that STP,SHP and FS-20 decreased viscosity of slurry rapidly when the amount added was less than 0.1wt%,and with increasing of solid content,temperature and starch content,the viscosity of slurry increased.
