摘要
广州西村窑是我国宋代一处以生产外销瓷为主的规模较大的窑厂。本工作利用微聚焦X射线荧光光谱仪,对西村窑不同种类的瓷器进行成分分析。研究表明,不同种类瓷器胎料大多具有高铝低硅的特征,瓷胎不同的外观颜色,主要与其中氧化铁的含量有关;瓷釉中,印花青瓷与刻花青瓷的瓷釉均属于钙釉,而其他种类瓷器既有钙釉,也有碱钙釉,瓷釉原料中均添加了草木灰作为助熔剂,不同颜色釉中氧化铁的含量不同;彩绘瓷中黑褐彩与黄褐彩的呈色元素均为铁。
XiCun kiln is typical kilns firing the exported porcelain in Chinese song dynasty,in this paper,by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence microprobe(EDXRF),samples of different porcelains from xicun kiln were analyzed.The analysis indicate that body material of different porcelains have characteristics of high content of Al2O3,the different color of bodies are caused by the content of Fe2O3,and that glaze of all the celadon with carving and incised followers belong to calcium glaze,and glaze of other porcelain either belong to calcium or calcium-alkali glaze,and the plant ash were used as the as main flux,and he different color of glaze are also caused by the content of Fe2O3,and the chromogenic substances of yellow pigment and brown pigment on the colored porcelains are Fe2O3.
