裂纹对齿轮三维弹性体振动声辐射特性影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过模拟齿根裂纹和分度圆裂纹情况下齿轮体的声场指向特性来研究裂纹对齿轮结构声场特性的影响。建立了齿根裂纹和分度圆裂纹的三维弹性体模型,利用ANSYS软件进行了动力学特性分析和模态分析,在此基础上将模态分析所得到的各种结果参数导出,根据厚圆盘的声辐射理论、并通过MATLAB编程数值模拟了齿根裂纹和分度圆裂纹故障齿轮辐射的声场特性,得到各自在r=0.5m球面上的声压指向分布特性以及轴向声压分布大小,通过对研究结果的分析比较,探讨了不同位置的裂纹和不同大小的裂纹对齿轮结构振动声特性的影响程度,给出了裂纹的影响规律。这为工程实际中采用声学方法进行故障定征和判别提供一定的理论基础。 The influence of crack on the radiation characteristics of the sound field of gear structure was discussed by analyzing the reference circle crack and root crack in gears.The models of three-dimensional elastic body corresponding to root crack and reference circle crack were established respectively,the dynamic analysis and modal analysis of the two kinds of models were achieved by use of ANSYS,and various parameters useful for analysis were acquired.Based on these with the help of MATLAB and the theory of thick circular plate,the acoustic characters of reference circle crack and root crack in gears were obtained and the distributions of sound pressure on the r = 0.5 m sphere surface and axial sound pressure of cracked gear structure were achieved.Based on the analysis and comparison of the results,the influences of the location and depth of cracks on acoustic characteristics of gear structure were presented.These provide a theoretic foundation for gear fault diagnosis using the acoustic method in engineering.
