摘要
磁流变弹性体是一种剪切模量可由外加磁场控制的智能材料,在半主动控制、着陆缓冲等方面具有广阔的应用前景。在此基础上探讨了基于磁流变弹性体的隔振器的磁路计算方法和结构设计准则,并设计出隔振器原型样机,通过改变控制电流和正弦波激振频率,考察隔振器的振动控制响应特性。实验结果表明在一定的频率范围内,该隔振器具有良好的隔振效果。
Magnetorheological elastomer is a kind of smart material whose shear modulus can be controlled by external magnetic field,and it has broad application prospect in semi-active controlling,landing buffering and so on.In the paper,the isolator's magnetic circuit design were discussed and one isolator based on MR elastomer was designed,whose response performance of vibration control was studied by changing the controllable current and frequency of sine wave.The experiments implicates that it has good isolation performances within a certain frequency range.
