摘要
【目的】从水浮莲(Pistia stratiotes L.)中分离获得对动植物病原菌具有拮抗活性的内生菌,对其进行系统鉴定及特性分析。【方法】采用纸片法进行拮抗实验,并对其形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征进行检测分析,16SrDNA序列的PCR扩增。【结果】筛选得到1株具有拮抗特性的放线菌XJPL-LA-67,该菌株的上述几个特征与链霉菌Streptomyces griseorubens的高度一致,与此同时,依据其16S rDNA序列分析,XJPL-LA-67序列的同源性与Streptomyces griseorubens高达99%。【结论】将水浮莲内生放线菌XJPL-LA-67确定为链霉菌Streptomyces griseorubens.
[Objective]The aim of this paper was to screen the endophyte actinomycete against fungi and bacteria,which is isolated from Pistia stratiotes L.and finish the phylogenetic identification and antimicrobial activity analysis of endophyte actinomycete.[Method]The antifungal effects were tested through plate assays according to its morphological and cultural characteristics,the physiological and biochemical properties analysis,the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)of Based on 16SrDNA sequence to identify it.[Result]One antagonistic endophyte actinomycete XJPL-LA-67 were obtained and it was indicated that all these characteristics were highly accorded with those of Streptomyces griseorubens.Based on 16SrDNA sequence analysis,its sequence reached 99% compared with Streptomyces griseorubens.[Conclusion]Pistia stratiotes L endophyte actinomycete XJPL-LA-67 could be identified as Streptomyces griseorubens.
