摘要
【目的】对不同品种小麦幼苗的盐胁迫,测定其生理生化指标,为进一步的研究工作提供理论基础。【方法】以2个不同品种的小麦幼苗(新冬22号和新冬34号)为试验材料,分别用0.3和0.6mol/LNaCl进行胁迫。盐胁迫后测定可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及过氧化物酶活性(POD)4个生理生化指标。【结果】在0.3和0.6mol/LNaCl溶液胁迫下,POD活性差异不显著,其余指标差异极显著。【结论】试验所选两个小麦品种均具有一定的抗盐能力,新冬34号小麦抗盐性相对较强。
[Objective and Method]In this article two different variety's wheat(XinDong No.22 and XinDong NO. 34) seedlings were taken as a test material, the 4 plant physiological and biochemical indicators, such as soluble sugar, pro - line ( Pro), peroxide enzyme (POD) and third dial (MDA) were detected, under the stress of 0.3 and 0.6 mol/L NaCl. [Result]There was no significant difference between POD under the stress of 0.3 and 0.6 mol/L NaC1. But there was no significant difference in other indexes. [ Conclusion] Both of 2 varieties of wheat had strong resistance to salt, and Xindong No. 34 was highly salt - tolerant wheat.
