摘要
【目的】测定阿魏菇培养基培养前及培养末期干物质(DM)和粗蛋白(CP)的降解率。【方法】选用3只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,采用尼龙袋法测定阿魏菇培养基培养前及培养末期的干物质和粗蛋白在瘤胃2、6、12、24、32、48和72h的降解率。【结果】(1)同一时间点培养前DM和CP降解率低于培养末期;(2)干物质动态降解率分别为dp(培养前)=3.351+22.588×(1-e-0.033),n=7,R2=0.993;dp(培养末期)=5.814+38.277×(1-e-0.023)(n=7,R2=0.994)。(3)粗蛋白动态降解率分别为:dp(培养前)=5.671+20.085×(1-e-0.053),n=7,R2=0.968;dp(培养末期)=8.715+20.731×(1-e-0.943),n=7,R2=0.943。【结论】培养基经过阿魏菇生长后,粗蛋白含量升高,粗纤维含量下降,并且干物质和粗蛋白在瘤胃中潜在降解率提高。
[Objective]The present study was set to determine the degradation rate of dry matter (DM) and crude protein(CP) of cultural substrates medium before culture and at the end of culture.[Method]Three male China merino(Xinjiang type) sheep with permanent rumen cannulas were used to measure DM degradation rate of original composition content and final cultural substrates of Asafetida at 2,6,12,24,32,48,72h by the method of nylon bag.[Result](1)The degradation rate before culture is lower than that at the end of culture.(2)DM dynamic degradation rate is:dp(before culture)=3.351+22.588×(1-e^-0.033)(n=7,R^2=0.993);dp(at the end of culture)=5.814+38.277×(1-e^-0.023)(n=7,R^2=0.994).(3) CP dynamic degradation rate is:dp(before culture )=5.671+20.085×(1-e^-0.053)(n=7,R^2=0.968);dp(at the end of culture)=8.715+20.731×(1-e^-0.943)(n=7,R^2=0.943).[Conclusion]DM and CP of asafetida culture substrates is higher than that before culture,and the potential degradation rate of DM and CP is also increased.
