摘要
采用机械合金化(MA)与HDDR工艺相结合的方法制备NdFeCoMnB磁各向异性磁粉,研究了机械合金化添加Mn元素对HDDR磁各向异性NdFeCoB磁粉性能的影响。结果表明,机械合金化比熔炼法更容易控制NdFeCoMnB磁粉中Mn的含量;机械合金化制备NdFeCoMnB磁粉,使HD处理时残留的Nd2(Fe,Co)14B相减少,导致磁粉的磁各向异性降低;机械合金化磁粉颗粒细化,在HDDR处理时容易被氧化,使剩磁和矫顽力降低。
The technique combination of HDDR and mechanical alloy was adopted to prepare anisotropic magnetic powder of NdFeCoMnB.The effects of MA adding Mn on the magnetic properties and anisotropy of the NdFeCoB magnetic powder were studied.The results show that MA is easy to control Mn composition in magnetic powder than melting.The phase of residue Nd2(Fe,Co)14 B decrease at HD process when used MA prepare NdFeCoMnB magnetic powder,and than the magnetic anisotropy decrease.It is easy to oxidation of the grain refine by MA at HDDR,and lead to Br and Hcj decrease.
