摘要 选用竹炭粘胶、大豆蛋白纤维、天丝3种纤维采取紧密纺工艺生产的混纺纱,不仅具有独特的保健功能,而且成纱质量优良,强力、毛羽、棉结都优于普通环锭纺纱。介绍了3种纤维的性能、混纺纱产品的生产工艺流程、各工序的工艺参数配置,分析了生产中存在的问题和采取的主要技术措施,对大批量生产有实际指导意义。 The compact spun yarn made of three different fibers of bamboo carbon Viscose/soybean protain fiber/Tencel is not only of healthcare performance,but also of better formed yarn quality and strength and less hairiness and neps than traditional spun yarn.In this article are introduced the characters of the three different fibers,the processing flow of their blended yarn products and the processing parameters in various processes with the problems and countermeasures adopted in the production analyzed,which is of practical guidance to its massive production.
