摘要
介绍了生产18 tex 50/40/10精梳彩棉/莫代尔/绢丝环保混纺针织用纱的主要工艺参数、技术措施和应注意的问题。对细纱机的纺纱工艺参数进行了优化试验,纺制出了高质量的针织用纱。通过实验数据对比,得出了不同前罗拉转速对成纱质量的影响,当选用的前罗拉转速过小(228～234 r/min)或过大(240～246 r/min)时纱线的强度、伸长率都略有下降,强度不匀有所上升。当前罗拉转速变小时,纱线中的细节逐渐减少,而粗节和节粒的个数逐渐增多。
In this paper are introduced the main processing parameters,technical measures and attentions in producing 18tex 50/40/10 combed blended knitting yarn made of color cotton,Modal and spun silk.Some spinning process parameters have been optimized.By comparing the experimental data,the effect of different front roller speeds on yarn quality is obtained.When the front roller speed is too small or too large,the elongation and strength of the formed yarn will be decreased slightly whilst a smaller front roller speed is taken,thin neps in the yarn will turn less gradually and thick neps will be more.
