摘要
高效棉纺工艺是当前棉纺工艺研究的热点,探讨了采用高效棉纺工艺时的注意事项,认为应重点考虑梳棉机锡林针布对纤维的梳理度,及罗拉牵伸过程中重定量情况下的纤维移距偏差问题,从而能保证重定量高速度工艺下棉纱质量的稳定。
High-effient cotton spinning technology is the hot spot of modern cotton spinning.In this paper are discussed the attentions in use of high-effient cotton spinning.It holds that the carding effect of fibers by cylinder of the carding machine and the variation of fiber moving caused by roller＇s drafting should be greatly considered to guarantee the stability of formed yarn quality under high volume and high speed spinning condition.
