Practice in weaving weft double fabric on air jet loom

纬二重组织织物呈双面纬面效应,风格独特。为了降低宽幅弹力纬二重组织织物在喷气织机上织造时的经纬向停台率,通过对品种所用纱线、织物结构及规格的分析,认为在生产中有必要在均衡经纱张力、提高经纱耐磨性能以及喷气织机的织造工艺方面进行优化,以提高其织造效率和下机一等品率。

Weft double fabric has an unique style of double weft side effect.To reduce the loom stop rate caused by the weft and warp yarn in weaving this fabric on air jet loom,efforts are done in analyzing used yarns,fabric weaves and specifications as well as in balancing warp yarn tension,improving warp yarn wear duration and air jet weaving technology to raise the weaving efficiency and first quality product.
