预湿上浆过程的预湿回潮率及预湿压力的确定 被引量:1

摘要 预湿回潮率直接影响浆槽中的浸浆过程,并且间接对最终的浆纱质量和织造过程产生重要影响。预湿回潮率有一个最佳的选用范围,通过对14.6 tex纯棉环锭纱进行吸浆和模拟上浆实验,确定了其最优范围为25%~35%,此时纱线可以达到较好的吸浆状态,并且浆纱质量指标达最佳;在KarlMayer预湿浆纱机上通过分析预湿压力和预湿回潮率的关系,认为预湿压力应控制在80~95 kN较为经济。 Pre-wetting moisture regain affects the sizing process in sizing box and has an indirect effect on the slashing quality and weaving process.Pre-wetting moisture should have a suitable range.The optimized range of pre-wetting moisture regain is conformed from 25% to 35% by two experiments of absorbing size and simulating sizing of 14.6tex pure cotton ring spun yarn,and at that time the yarn has a better state for absorbing size and the slashing quality is the best.After analyzing the relationship between pre-wetting pressure and pre-wetting moisture regain on KarlMayer pre-sizing slashing machine,the pre-wetting pressure from 80 to 95 is considered as an economical pressure range.
