摘要
叙述了静电植绒的原理、分类以及纱线植绒的发展现状,结合国内静电植绒的发展现状,在实验室中搭建了简易实验设备实践立体植绒,开发家纺新产品——植绒纱线,并分析了植绒纱线的结构与性能,这种纱线有很好的外观效果、传导性能、机械性能和可纺性能,使用、清洗方便。
In this paper are described the principle of electrostatic flocking,its classification and the development status of static flocking yarn.Based on the development of domestic electrostatic flocking,easy-use experimental flocking equipment is set up to develop new flocking yarn for home textiles,and the structure and properties of the flocking yarn are analyzed.The flocking yarn is of good outlook,conductivity,mechnical properties,spinnability and easy use and wash.
