摘要
对毛纺B311型精梳机在加工毛条时毛网正反面产生毛粒的现象进行了分析,找出了原因,正面包括梳理隔距太大,锡林梳针的后几排失去作用;反面包括顶梳位置过高,太靠后,抬起时间过早等,并及时进行调整,消除了精梳毛网中的毛粒,保证了精梳毛条的质量。
In this paper is analyzed the phenomena generating neps on the both sides of the web in processing wool tops on B311C Comber.The reasons are found as: too big carding gauge and no working of some back cylinder carding on web face and too high and too back top carding position on web back.And adjustments to eliminate neps of the web to ensure the quality of combed tops are given.
