摘要
分析了叶片式浆纱机输浆泵的结构和使用情况,认为造成输浆泵密封失效的主要原因是:主轴采用外伸悬臂梁结构,致使主轴的刚性较差,直接影响了输浆泵的工作平稳性和密封效果,泵体的结构设计使机械密封装置极易在较短时间内失效。新型输浆泵通过将主轴悬臂支撑改为简支梁结构,将机械密封改为O型橡胶密封圈密封等方法,并在GA309-300型浆纱机上做了实验,不但解决了浆纱机输浆泵漏浆问题,还节约了能源,降低了噪音,使泵的生产成本下降了40%,工作效率提高了30%。
Through analysis of the structure and uses of vane transmission pump for sizing machines,the main reasons for the sealing failures of transmission pump are found as the follows: Its spindle is used extended cantilever structure,resulting in less rigid spindle and directly affecting the smoothness and sealing effect of transmission pump and the structural design of pump makes the mechanical seals lose effectiveness easily in a short time.New transmission pump changes shaft to simple cantilever support structure and the mechanical seal to rubber O-ring or other seals,and passed test on GA309-300 sizing machine.It proves that the new pump can not only solve size leakage but also can save energy,reduce noise,decrease production cost by 40% and increase working efficiency by 30%.
