摘要
放空管路水力计算是天然气集输工程设计中一个令人极感兴趣、却又常常使人困惑的问题。高压天然气通过管路放空属非稳定流动,放空过程要经历壅塞流(超临界流)、临界流、亚音速流三种状态。放空管路的特征对气体流动的影响极大,其摩阻作用不容忽视。运用工程流体力学基础理论,结合工程实际,提出一种求解新方法,即以可压缩流体有摩擦绝热一维流动的范诺方程为基础求天然气瞬时放空量,运用数值积分法求累计放空时间。计算机程序求解迅速准确,计算结果符合工程实际。
The hydraulic calculation of vent line is an interesting but difficult
problem in natural
gas gathering engineering design.Highpressure gas venting through pipeline belongs to
unsteady flow,undergoing three flow states i.e.choked flow (supercritical flow),critical flow and
subcritical flow.The influence of the vent line property on gas flow is maximum and the action of
its frictional resistance can't be ignored.According to the basic theory of engineering fluid
mechanics and in combination with an actual engineering project,a new solving process is
proposed,i.e.,on the basis of Fanno Equation expressing onedimensional flow of the
compressible fluid with frictional insulation,the transient gas venting amount may be acquired
and the accumulative venting time can be achieved by numerical integration.Solution by
computer program is quick and accurate and the results calculated is satisfied with the
requirements of the engineering.
