涪江天然气跨越管桥斜拉索张力在线测量研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用斜拉索的天然气管道跨越工程,钢索内产生的张力(应力)很复杂,因此很难准确计算和测定钢索的张力。用常见的钢索测力仪,手持式应变仪以及仪器昂贵的磁力环法等,均因存缺陷而不够理想。而钢索张力在线测量仪则为钢索结构工程提供了一种有效的测量技术。应用GSL-Ⅱ型钢绳张力在线测量仪对涪江天然气跨越管桥斜拉索张力进行了在线测试,并依此对管桥索力进行了调整。实践表明该“测量仪”测量精度高,重量轻,使用维护方便,可广泛用于钢索结构工程。 In the gas pipeline aerial crossing engineering by use of diagonal pulling wire ropes,it is difficult to accurately calculate and measure the wire rope tension because the tension (stress) producing in wire rope is very complicated.It is not ideal to adopt the wire rope ergograph,handheld deformeter and the magnetic circuit method applying an expensive device because of their shortcomings,the wire rope tension online measurement instrument,however,may provide an effective measuring technique for the wire rope structural engineering.An online measurement on the diagonal pulling wire rope tension of aerial crossing gas pipeline bridge over the Fujiang River was carried out by means of the wire rope tension online measuring instrument (GSL) and the pipeline bridge wire rope tension was adjusted according to the measuring results.Through practicing in field it is shown that such an instrument is high accurate lightweight and easy to be used and maintained,being able to be widely adopted in the wire rope structural engineering.
