摘要
以含硅氧烷的有机锂引发丁二烯负离子聚合,在30℃反应20h后通过环氧乙烷羟基化及酸解脱除保护基合成了双端羟基聚丁二烯(DHTPB),并采用凝胶渗透色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、羟值滴定对其进行了表征。结果表明,在不加入四氢呋喃时DHTPB的1,4-结构摩尔分数可达92.1%,得到的DHTPB相对分子质量大小可控、分子量分布不超过1.12、官能度接近2.00。
Dihydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(DHTPB) was synthesized by anionic polymerization with alkyl-silyloxy- containing organolithium as initiators at 30 ℃ for 20 h, sub- sequently hydroxyation with epoxyethane and wiping off pro- tection group by acidolysis. The characterization of DHTPB was conducted by gel permeation chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance,and hydroxyl groUp content determination. The results showed that the mole fraction of 1,4-structure of DHTPB could reach 92. 1% when no tetrahydrofuran was added, the relative molecular mass could be controlled and its distribution was no more than 1.12, and the functionality approached 2.00.
