摘要
介绍了基于SINAMICS S120的管端倒棱机控制系统的结构及控制过程。该控制系统由主站上位机PLC和从站MASTERDRIVERS变频器、S120构成主从式PROFIBUS现场总线通讯控制网络,通过DP报文对倒棱机运动控制和状态监测。同时使用S120驱动产品替代床头箱驱动装置双驱动结构,通过它的MDI基本定位功能实现了对床头箱驱动装置的控制,提高了系统的稳定性和故障处理能力。
It introduced structure and control procedure of pipe end chamfering machine control system based on SINAMICS S120.This control system controlled network through master-slave type PROFIBUS field bus,which composed of master station upper PLC,slave station MASTERDRIVERS transducer and S120,it controlled movement and monitored chamfering machine through DP message.At the same time,it took place of headstock drive double drive structure using S120 drive product,realized control headstock drive via MDI locate function,and improved system stability and treatment default ability.
