摘要 探索用于瞬态高温场测试的新方法具有非常重要的实际意义,针对上述问题,提出一种基于比色测温技术的瞬态高温测量系统。详细论述了该系统的基本结构,阐述了辐射测温中比色测温的基本原理和系统比色测温原理。介绍了比色测温仪通常存在的一些影响测温精度的问题,指出设计的比色测温系统在这些问题上的优越性。利用高温黑体炉对测温系统进行静态标定,提高了系统的测温精度。在2000℃~3000℃的测温范围内,测温精度达到5‰。实验结果表明,该测量系统能够满足瞬态高温场的测量要求。 The exploration of the new measurement method of transient high-temperature field is very significant. Aiming at the problem, a measuring system based on the colorimetric temperature measurement technology for transient hightemperature field was put forward. The basic system structure, the basic principle of colorimetric temperature measure- ment in radiation temperature measurement and the principle of the colorimetric temperature measurement of system were discussed in detail. Some problems colorimetrie pyrometers usually own that affect temperature measurement accuracy are introduced, and the superiority of colorimetric temperature measurement system designed in these problems was pointed out. The temperature measurement system was calibrated statically by high-temperature black-body furnace, and the temperature measurement accuracy of system was improved. Within the range of 2000℃ to 3000℃, measuring precision of 5‰ is achieved. Measurement results show that the measuring system can meet the requirements of transient high-temperature field testing.
