基于AVR单片机的程序控制电源仪设计

摘要 在真空管的排气系统中,需要对真空管管体加热,并对其灯丝等设备提供一定的电压和电流。为了配合计算机控制的排气系统,需要采用程控电源仪提供所需的电压。本设计中的程控电源仪是一台实用化的电压调节智能仪表,它控制电机调节自耦变压器,通过反馈控制使其输出电压稳定在一个宽范围变化的电压值。它通过RS-485与串行通信电路与上位机连接,并且具有电流测量、报警输出等扩展功能。实际应用表明,该电源仪设计合理,工作可靠,性能稳定。 In the electron tube exhausting system,it was needed to heat up the tube and provide its glower with suitable voltage and current. In order to cooperate with the computer-controlled exhausting system,the new kind of program controlling power supply instrument was needed. This instrument was a practical intelligent equipment that is used to adjust AC voltage. It can drive the motor to adjust the autotransformer. Through feed-back control, it can make the voltage of power supply accordant with the set value of voltage. The instrument was able to communicate with the computer that is used to control the instrument. What's more,the instrument has some expanding functions, such as current measurement and giving alarm when the current overstep the threshold. High rationality, good stability, strong anti-jamming and reliability have been demonstrated in the application of the instrument.
