摘要
航空发动机仿真试验台中对燃油供给系统的调压控制要求较高,传统的人工手动调压方式精度差、操作性不好,难以满足使用要求,通过应用变频调速技术对离心供油泵电机进行调速控制,成功地实现了在较大范围内进行燃油压力的无级调压。
It is important to control the pressure of fuel system on aeroengine experiment platform.The controlling pressure of fuel system is usually used by manual labour which method is ineffective and discommodious.A method based on converter technologies was presented to control the motor of centrifugal pump,and established the pressure automatic control system.The practical operation shows that the system realized the stepless control of fuel pressure in wide scope.
