Torque-controlled IM Soft-starter Based on Novel Flux Observer

摘要 基于闭环限流控制的异步电机软启动控制方法在启动初期和中期具有恒定的启动转矩,而启动后期的转矩脉动将引起电机突然加速,通过对传统u-i定子磁链观测器的改进,有效地克服了纯积分环节积分初值问题和直流偏差使积分器饱和问题,提高对电磁转矩估算精度,介绍了一种基于转矩闭环控制的软启动控制方法。通过Matlab/Simlink仿真,验证了改进型磁链观测器对磁链估算的准确性和基于转矩闭环控制的异步电机软启动系统设计的可行性。 Induction motor soft start control method based on the close-loop control with current limitation can provides a constant torque during the beginning and at the middle starting process,however,during the final period of this process one can be verified the existence of a torque pulse,in which,it can be generate an abrupt acceleration.An effective method was presented to overcome the problems of integral initial error in pure integration and the DC bias making integrator saturation,by improving the traditional u-i model of flux observer,by which,improved the estimation accuracy of the electromagnetic torque,and presented a closed-loop control based on torque control method for soft-start.The Matlab/Simlink simulation results show the flux estimates of improved flux observer is accurate and the torque-based closed-loop control of induction motor soft starter system is feasible.
