基于SRM的连续铸坯机组技术改造

摘要 以1台铜合金水平铸坯机组的技术改造为载体,介绍了开关磁阻电机(SRM)调速系统替代交流永磁同步伺服调速系统的应用实践。因工艺所需,设备中的铸坯驱动电机需频繁正、反转,而原驱动系统无法适应这种工况,"拉漏"事故频发,不能确保运行安全。介绍了一种SRM控制速度,S7-200控制位移的替代方案,由于工艺现状等方面的原因,设计有其待完善之处,但实践证明,系统运行安全、可靠,保证了正常生产。 Based upon one technical reconstruction on the machine of horizontal continuous casting copper alloy,the project which used switched reluctance motor(SRM) speed control system,instead of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo speed control system was introduced.Because of the technology condition′s limitation,the driving motor must be come-and-go frequently,but the old dragged mechanism can′t be suitable for the condition,the "breaking out" accidents always break out.In order to avoid the accident,one alternative project about switched reluctance motor(SRM) for speed adjustment and S7-200 for position control was introduced,the design has its little imperfections,but the practical operation has showed that the system operation is safe and reliable to ensure the production.
