摘要
介绍了应用JX-300XP DCS集散控制系统实现某废气处理装置的典型控制过程。提出了一种由燃烧炉向废热炉自动转换的解决方案和一种点火装置的连锁控制策略。结合工程实例探讨了图形化组态的应用。通过设计合理的控制方案,提高了废气的处理能力,有效的治理废气,满足国家标准规定的环保控制要求。
The typical progress of waste gas treatment equipment accomplished by JX-300XP DCS distributed control system was discussed.Based on this program,it is possible to convert combustion furnace to waste-heat oven automatically,as well as make up a chain-like control strategy of ignition device.There were also several project examples of the graphical configuration application.The capacity of treating waste gas could be improved by well-designed control strategy,which makes the exhaust emission meet the requirement of national standard.
