传统秘方“康瑞痛风胶囊”治疗痛风的药效学研究

The Pharmacodynamic Study on the Traditional Recipe "KangRui Gout Capsule" to Treat Gout

目的:对传统秘方"康瑞痛风胶囊"治疗痛风进行药效学研究。方法:建立镇痛实验和抗炎实验动物模型,分组进行实验研究。结果:通过实验研究发现康瑞痛风胶囊具有升高小鼠痛阈值、抑制酒石酸锑钾引起的小鼠扭体反应、降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀程度、减轻棉球肉芽肿的重量、抑制MSUC致大鼠脚肿胀、减轻MSUC致大鼠步态分级级数的作用。结论:康瑞痛风胶囊具有良好的镇痛、抗炎效果。

Objectives：To study the effects of ＂KangRuiGoutCapsule＂ for the treatment of gout.Methods：The analgesic and anti-inflammatory experimental animal model were used.Results：The experimental study found that ＂KangRui Gout Capsule＂ increased the pain threshold in mice,inhibiting of the writhing response induced by antimony potassium tartrate in mice,inhibiting xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,reducing the weight of cotton balls in rats,inhibiting the foot swelling induced by MSUC in rats.Conclusions：＂KangRuiGout Capsule＂has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
