摘要
以咪唑为封闭剂,1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、双酚A、聚酯二醇为原料制备出阴离子封闭聚氨酯(ABPU)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态激光光散射(DLS)、透射电镜(TEM)分别对ABPU分子结构及乳胶粒形态进行了表征,研究了ABPU封闭率对纸张力学性能的影响。结果表明,增加ABPU封闭率,能明显提高纸张的强度指标,尤其是湿拉伸指数。产物分子结构中出现了羧基、咪唑环和聚氨酯结构;乳胶粒径与羧基含量密切相关,乳胶粒呈不规则的、具有核壳结构的球形。
Anionic imidazole-blocked polyurethane (ABPU) was prepared by the reaction of 1,6-hexanediamine (HDI),dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA),bisphnol A,polyesterglycol and imidazole as blocking agent. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),dynamic laser light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) characterized the structure of ABPU,the particle size distribution and morphology of the resultant dispersions,respectively. At the same time,effect of the blocked ratio of ABPU on the physical properties of the treated paper was studied. The results show that the paper strength,especially the wet tensile index can be obviously increased with the increase of the blocked ratio of ABPU. Structures of carboxyl,imidazole ring and polyurethane are found in ABPU molecular structure. The morphology of the particle is anomalous sphericity with core/shell structure and its size is nearly related to the content of carboxyl groups of ABPU.
