植物纤维/聚合物复合材料流变参数的转矩流变表征方法 被引量:1

摘要 植物纤维与聚合物形成的复合体系易堵塞毛细管流变仪,不适宜用毛细管流变仪测量流变性能。文中提出了一种利用转矩流变仪测量植物纤维/聚合物复合材料流变性能的表征方法,由转矩流变仪测得的平衡扭矩和平衡温度数据拟合得到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/棉秆皮纤维复合材料的幂率模型参数,并研究了复合体系中棉秆皮纤维含量对复合材料流变性能的影响。结果表明,加入棉秆皮纤维后复合材料剪切变稀现象随纤维含量的增加而更为明显。 Capillary rheometer is inappropriate for the evaluation of the rheological properties of composite system consisting of plant fiber and polymer due to plant fibers block the capillary easily. A new measurement method was proposed that using torque rhemeter to measure rheological properties of plant fiber/polymer composites. The power-law model parameters of low density polyethylene/cotton bast (LDPE/CB) composites were obtained by fitting the balance torque and temperature which were obtained from torque rheometer. In addition,the effect of the CB content on the rheological properties of composites was investigated. The results show that the shear-thinning phenomenon of composites becomes more significant with the CB content increasing.
