摘要
结合火三输油管道的实际运行情况,推荐了两种改变输送能力的技术措施:①当管道需要在低于最小设计启输量下运行时,可加入降凝剂和降粘剂,以降低管道的允许最小启输量;②当管道需要在高于最大输送量下运行时,可加入减阻剂或将原输油泵改换成大排量高扬程的输油泵。
Two technical measures to meet the needs of market have been recommended for Hu-oshaoshan-Beisantai oil pipeline: pour depressant and thinner should be injected into the pipeline to reduce the minimum allowable starting throughput rate when the pipeline is required to be operated at lower of that;drag reducer should be injected into the pipeline,or replacing the original pumps by the pumps with high flow rate and highlife when it has to be operated at higher maximum throughput rate.
