On Classification and Selection for the Structures of Crossover Pipeline

摘要 管道跨越结构接其受力情况可分为两大类:一类是管道在跨越结构中为受力构件,称之为跨越管段;一类是管道不作为跨越中的受力构件,只是敷设于桥面,称之为管桥。通过对俄、美两国管道规范的研究分析,指出在设计和施工中应尽量避免管道承受外力引起的纵向应力。对悬索跨越管段和斜拉索跨越管段的受力情况进行了分析比较,并指出其适用范围。同时还指出,对大口径高压输油管道宜采用营桥的形式跨越河流。 The crossover structure of pipeline can be divided into two major categories on the basis of pipeline itself's stress in the structure :one is that the pipeline is taken as a stressed member in the crossover structure,which is called crossover pipeline section;the other is that the pipeline is not used as a stressed member in the crossover structure,but laid on a bridge,which is called pipeline bridge. By analyzing and studying Russian and American pipeline codes,it is pointed out that the longitudinal stress of pipeline induced from external force should be avoided if possible in the design and construction of pipeline. The stress of suspension crossover pipeline section and pipeline section suspended with diagonal rope have been analyzed and compared,and the applicable scope of the two structures has been given. Meanwhile,the paper points out that it is available to adopt the pipeline bridge to cross river for the large diameter high pressure oil pipeline.
