摘要 ST段回落的分析是急性心肌梗死再灌注疗效的评价方法之一,具有重要的临床意义。现就其分析方法学、影响因素、与心肌再灌注的关系及临床预后的价值予以评价。 Analysis of ST segment resolution(STR),as an evaluation of reperfusion for acute myocardial infarction(AMI),has a significant clinical implication.This review will assess the methodology used,influential factors of STR,the relationship between STR and myocardial reperfusion,and the prognostic value of STR in patients with AMI.
