介绍了东黄输油管道热媒加热炉中应用西门子S5-95U自动控制系统情况。利用S5-95U可编程逻辑控制器开发的95U炉控系统及炉控人机操作界面,优化了控制结构,使加热系统安全运行,收到了良好效果。
Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline is one of the most advanced automatic control pipelines in China. The application of Simens S5-95U automatic control system in heat medium heater in Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline is introduced. The 95U heater control system and its MMI developed from S5-95U optimizes the controlling structure, which makes the operation of heating system safer.
