台车的创新改进

Innovation and modification of the loop wheel machine

分析了以往台车和部分改进后的台车的不足之处,在此基础上对台车进行改进。介绍了改进的具体方法和改进后台车的应用。改进后的台车保留了原有台车的所有功能,加装了成圈纱积极输纱机构和氨纶输纱机构,提高了面料质量,增加了可编织弹性面料的功能。

This paper analyzes the disadvantages the traditional and part of the modified loop wheel machines,then makes new modifications to the them.It mainly introduces the concrete modifying method and applications of the modified machines,which keeps all the functions of the original machines but are equipped with the positive yarn feeding devices and polyurethane yarn feeding device.In this way,the quality of knitted fabric is improved and it is more possible to knit the elastic fabrics on the modified loop wheel machines.
