还原-酶联合法抗起毛起球整理研究

A research on the reduction-enzyme combination based anti-pilling finishing process

针对羊绒衫起毛起球现象比较严重的特点,分析了羊绒针织物起毛起球的产生机理和影响因素,采用还原-酶联合法对羊绒针织物进行抗起毛起球整理,介绍了该整理方法的工艺流程和实验步骤,并测试了酒红、灰色和粉色3种颜色的羊绒针织物整理后的抗起毛起球性能。研究表明:还原-酶联合法抗起毛起球整理技术可以有效提高羊绒针织物的抗起毛起球等级2～3级,整理后织物耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗涤色牢度变化不大,但手感有所下降。

In view of the serious pilling phenomenon of cashmere knitted cardigan,this paper analyzes the pilling mechanism and influencing factors,and points out the method of reduction-enzyme combination based anti-pilling finishing process.It introduces the technological flow and experimental steps of this finishing process and tests the anti-pilling properties of the wine red,gray and pink colored cashmere knitted fabrics finished by this processing.The research results show that this finishing process can increase the anti-pilling property by 2 or 3 levels,the finished frictional fastness and washing fastness only changes a little,but the fabric hand drops to some degree.
