摘要
介绍了ＬＷ４５０型螺旋式钻井液离心分离机的结构及工作原理。分离机处理能力为５０ｍ３／ｈ，主要部件均选用优质耐蚀不锈钢制造，推进器叶片表面加以特殊的耐磨耐蚀处理，延长了整机的寿命和大修周期。采用变频调速电动机配合行星齿轮差速器，使螺旋推进器与滚筒之间形成００２５ｒ／ｍｉｎ的转速差。
The structure and working principle of Model LW450 spiral drilling fluid centrifuge are introduced.The main components of the centrifuge are made of high quality anticorrosion stainless steel.The surface of the propeller impeller is treated specially for improving wearand corrosionresistance,therefore the life of the centrifuge is extended and the overhaul period is prolonged.Variablefrequency speedregulating motor and planetary gear differential mechanism are adopted for producing rotation differential between the propeller and the drum to realize solidfluid separation.A special protecting device for preventing the propeller from overloading is designed.The operating procedures and maintenance rules of the centrifuge are presented.
