摘要
996年石油大学(北京)研制的PZS—1型盘式刹车自动送钻装置,是恒钻压自动送钻装置,采用PID调节器控制,控制性能良好,但无法直接设置钻压,无法实现手动与自动操作间的无扰切换,可操作性、可靠性和安全性较差。据此,又研制了盘式刹车微机控制自动送钻装置,其特点是用微机代替了PID调节器,并增设了速度负反馈回路,钻压调节、安全监控、无扰切换由微机控制,解决了现场确定PID系数难的问题,自动送钻过程平稳,可防止溜钻和井斜。提出了盘式刹车钻压优化自动送钻的观点,其原理与恒钻压送钻装置基本相同,不同之处是预期钻压参考值随一定的条件变化。
Model PZS-1 disc brake autodriller developed by University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 1996 adopts PID regulator and is characterized by good control ability.Its weak points are that the weight on bit(WOB) cannot be set directly and manual and automatic operations cannot be shifted without interference,therefore it is not so practical,reliable and safe.Thereby a new disc brake autodriller controlled by computers is developed.The new autodriller uses computers instead of PID regulator,adds velocity negative feedback circuit,carrying out WOB regulation,safe monitoring and shifting without interference by computers,solves the problem of determining PID coefficient on site.The viewpoint of optimized WOB autodriller is proposed.The principle of this unit is identical to the constant WOB autodriller,the difference lies in the expected WOB value varying with certain conditions.
