辽河油田两口侧钻短半径水平井设计与施工 被引量:3

摘要 侧钻水平井是开发油田老区剩余油、提高原油采收率的主要措施之一。辽河油田静3159CP(二维井眼轨道)和静3167CP(三维井眼轨道)两口侧钻短半径水平井是国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目中的两口科学试验井,均在φ1778mm套管内开窗,并用φ1524mm钻头钻进,造斜率分别达到095°/m和100°/m(平均值)。静3167CP井的完成标志着在稠油、高凝油油藏中通过套管开窗侧钻水平井的配套技术取得突破。 Drilling sidetracking short radius horizontal wells is an important measure to develop old oilfields and enhance recovery. As two experimental wells of the ninth national 'FiveYear' project involving exploration and drilling, Jin well 3159cp (2d hole trajectory) and Jin 3167cp(3d hole trajectory) are sidetracked in 177.8mm casings and remain sections are finished with 152.4mm bits,bulidup rates are 0.98/m and 1.00/m (on the average ),respectively. The drilling success remarks the breakthrough in sidetracking horizontal techniques for viscous and high condensate oil reserviors ,and good social and economical benefits are obtained.
