摘要
介绍了克拉玛依油田ＨＷ９０３浅层斜直水平井的工程设计及现场施工工艺，并对钻柱优化设计、井眼轨迹控制、技术套管的可下入性及钻柱与井眼的相容性等进行了技术探讨。该井的成功，为推广应用浅层斜直水平井钻井技术奠定了良好的基础。
The paper made an introduction to the engineering design and operations of horizontal well,shallow HW903 in Karamay Oilfield,and related drilling techniques are discussed from the aspects of drill string optimization, hole trajectory control and technical casing running etc..
