摘要
纳米碳酸钙由于价廉、无毒而广泛应用于橡胶工业、塑料工业、造纸工业、涂料工业等各个行业。但由于纳米碳酸钙与高分子材料相容性差,因此必须对其进行表面改性处理。本文控制改性温度为90℃,改性时间为30m in,采用硬脂酸对纳米碳酸钙进行湿法表面改性处理。通过吸油值、活化指数、黏度对改性前后的纳米碳酸钙进行了分析和表征,从而确定了最佳的改性剂用量。实验结果表明,最佳的改性剂用量为4%。
Nano -sized calcium carbonate was widely used in industries such as rubber, plastics, paper, and paint for its low price and nontoxicity. Because of its bad compatibility with polymer material, it must be modified by modifier. With modification temperature of 90 ℃ and modification time of 30 min, nano - sized calcium carbonate powder was modified by stearic acid. In order to ascertain the optimum dosage of modifier, the surface characterization of the modified calcium car- bonate was investigated by means of oil absorption value, activation index, and viscosity. Experimental result showed that the optimum dosage of stearic acid was 4% (mass fraction).
