芦丁作为黄酮类主要成分的代表,受到科研界的高度重视,目前芦丁的提取应用技术比较成熟。将从芦丁的来源,提取技术以及芦丁在小鼠试验中表现出的生物活性,芦丁的研究前景几个方面进行综述。重点研究芦丁的生物活性在小白鼠体内的表现。为芦丁的工业生产和应用提供参考。

Flavonoid rutin, as the representative of the main components for the flavonoid, attached great attention from research community, and current application of rutin extraction technology has become more mature. Several aspects of its prospects were reviewed in the perspective of the source, extraction technology and its biological activity expression in mouse test. Focus was put on the biological activity of rntin in performance of mice in vivo, with the aim to providing reference for the industrial production and application.
